I run a small logistics company in Dubai (14 people). Client calls and deliveries kept pushing Dhuhr and Asr to the last minute. What actually works for you: blocking the calendar, a prayer room, telling clients up front? Practical tips welcome.

Good thread. One verse many business owners keep on their desk pairs work and remembrance: after the Friday prayer, go out, seek the bounty of Allah, and remember Him often. For questions about combining prayers on very busy days, ask in Q&A: the schools differ, and a teacher can look at your situation.

This is gold. Trying Layla’s calendar blocks from next week, and Hamza’s carpet idea for our depot in Al Quoz.

Nurse here: on shifts I keep a small prayer mat and a Qibla card in my locker. The Qibla page on this site, printed as a card, works great.

One more: we moved our weekly team meeting so it ends ten minutes before Asr. A tiny change, but it stopped the daily rush.
